My primary goal is to have my own apartment complex, share my story and help people get started into real estate such as wholesaling, investing.
I've wholesale properties in 2022-2021 I have great negotiating skills; I am certain that the skills I have developed including able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, positively persuade and influence clients, ask the right questions and respond with accurate information.
I'm obsessed with staying organized; I get the job done in a professional manner. Great time management skills, computer savvy. Enthusiasm for the housing industry, cheerful and energetic personality.
