Yohannes recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him & he strives every day to exceed their expectations. As a Broker, his first priority is to make his clients comfortable with every decision they make. He listens to his clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every situation and strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free.

After graduating in Materials Science & Engineering, he spent the next 15 years working as an Engineer in Silicon Valley, and dedicated the past 5 years of his corporate career helping his coworkers, clients, & friends buy and sell properties in amassing Financial Independence. Yohannes was able to retire early from the corporate world in his 30s due to Real Estate investing & is passionate about sharing his secrets with his clients. More importantly, He has maintained those long relationships by communicating effectively and following up with his clients many years later. In addition, he is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and has completed their 22 course CBA Education Certificate.
